§ Mr. McKENNAI would refer the hon. Member to the answer which was given to a question put by the hon. Member for West St. Pancras on the 27th February. The expenditure referred to will be defrayed from Imperial funds, and money has already been voted for the purpose. No part of the expenditure will remain as a charge upon the Metropolitan Police Rate.
