asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he has been able to investigate the facts connected with the conviction and sentence of Enrico Malatesta; and whether he has come to any decision on the recommendation that the accused should be deported?

21. Mr. KING

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he has considered the case of Enrico Malatesta and has decided whether he is to be deported?
