Mr. HUME-WILLIAMSasked the Prime Minister whether his attention has been called to the totally inadequate progress which the King's Bench Division of the High Court has recently been able to make with the cases entered for trial in that division; and whether he is now able, before the courts adjourn, to make a statement as to what, if any, steps are to be taken to deal with the arrears on the Common Law side of the High Court of Justice?
