§ Mr. MONTAGUThe statistics as to imports and exports formerly published in Part III. of the Agricultural Returns will in future be published separately as Part IV., which is now in the Press, and will be issued shortly. The change was made in order that the statistics as to prices and supplies at markets might be published at an earlier date than was formerly the case, and also to enable persons interested to obtain them at a smaller cost. The change was fully explained in the Prefatory Report to Part I.
