  1. (1) The councils of rural districts in England and Wales who have made formal applications to the Board for loans under Part III. of the Housing of the. Working Classes Act, 1909, since the passing of the Housing, Town Planning, etc., Act, 1009, the year in which the application was made in each case, and the names of the parishes in which houses have been or are to be provided;
  2. (2) The loans sanctioned under those applications;
  3. (3) The area of the land acquired in each case and the number of houses provided or to be provided;
  4. (1) The number and description of rooms;

  6. (5) The amounts included in the loans for (a) the purchase of land: (b) the erection of buildings (including fencing); and (c) incidental works (streets, sewers, etc.);
  7. (6) The weekly rent charged or proposed to be charged, and whether the rent is inclusive or exclusive of rates;
  8. (7) The estimated amount of (a) the annual income; and (b) the annual expenditure;
  9. (8) Whether the deficiency, if any, is to be charged as general expenses over the whole rural district or as general or special expenses on a particular parish or parishes; and
  10. (9) The total number and amount of loans sanctioned to be borrowed by rural district councils during the period from the passing of the Housing of the Working Classes Act, 1890, to the end of 1905, and from the 1st day of January, 1906, to the 1st day of July, 1912."—[Mr. Winfrey.]
