REESasked the Undersecretary of State for India whether the Lieutenant-Governor of Bihar and Orissa has been consulted regarding the establishment of a new High Court at Patna; whether the Government of India contemplates the establishment of such a Court; and, if so, at what cost to the taxpayer, who is at present served by the High Court in Calcutta?
