asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will grant the Return standing in the name of the hon. Member for the Eastbourne Division of Sussex? 1. [Mr. Rupert Gwynne,—Pilotage Charges (Great Britain and France),—Return showing the amounts paid by French vessels entering ports in Great Britain and Ireland during the years 1900 to 1910, respectively; also the amounts paid by English vessels entering French ports during the same period.]

The compilation of such a return would be laborious, and I do not know whether the latter part is obtainable. In these circumstances I do not think its preparation could be justified.
