§ The PRIME MINISTERI am aware of the desirability of the early passage into law of the Bill referred to, but I am not sure whether it can be taken before the Autumn Adjournment.
§ Mr. MACPHERSONIs not at least one, railway in the North of Scotland, which has the support of the Board of Trade and the Board of Agriculture, being delayed by the non-passing of this Bill?
§ The PRIME MINISTERI am aware of that. I am very anxious that the Bill should pass.
