HC Deb 19 July 1912 vol 41 c676
20. Mr. G. LOCKER-LAMPSON

asked whether an insured person can sue his approved society if he is unable to obtain the benefits to which he is entitled, and in respect of which enforced deductions have been made from his wages under the National Insurance Act?

Mr. MASTERMAN

I would refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave to the Noble Lord the Member for Newtown on 6th June.

Mr. G. LOCKER-LAMPSON

Is the right hon. Gentleman aware that he asked me to put down this question?

Mr. MASTERMAN

On examination, I found it had already been answered. If the hon. Gentleman looks it up he will find it has been answered.

Mr. G. LOCKER-LAMPSON

Can the right hon. Gentleman say whether an insured person can sue an approved society?

Mr. MASTERMAN

If the hon. Gentleman will do me the honour of looking it up, he will see an answer has been given. I cannot always repeat the answers.
