§ Mr. MASTERMANIf, as stated, these assistant masters are employed by the term only no employer's contribution would be payable during the holidays, and the employés would come under the ordinary arrangements of the Act with re- 28 gard to arrears. If, however, as in normal cases the engagement is not specifically for a term, only the employer's contribution would be payable throughout the whole period of engagement.
