§ The FINANCIAL SECRETARY to the TREASURY (Mr. Masterman)Sections 57 and 80 of the Act require that all the Commissions must have among their members a duly qualified medical Commissioner. In England only is experience of general practice a statutory condition of his appointment; but this condition, though not statutory, is also fulfilled by the Scottish Medical Commissioner.
