§ Mr. HORNERasked whether there are numbers of leaseholders in Ireland for a term of 10,000 years who are called upon to pay Undeveloped Land Duty at the rate of from £600 to £1,000 per acre, whereas holders of fee farm grants, which are not regarded as more valuable than these leases, are exempt from this duty; and whether the Chancellor of the Exchequer will take any steps to have this alleged grievance remedied?
