§ Mr. MASTERMANThe Insurance Commission have in preparation a pamphlet explanatory of the position of men of the Navy and Army under Part I. of the National Insurance Act. This pamphlet will shortly be referred to the Admiralty and Army Council for their consideration, and the Commission hope that arrangements may be made for its distribution among the forces?
