HC Deb 19 February 1912 vol 34 c291
Sir C. KINLOCH-COOKE

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will consider the advisability of issuing a memorandum dealing with those sections of the National Insurance Act directly affecting members of the Naval and Military Forces, so that they may receive some authoritative statement regarding the privileges, if any, they will derive from the Act when it comes into operation?

Mr. MASTERMAN

The Insurance Commission have in preparation a pamphlet explanatory of the position of men of the Navy and Army under Part I. of the National Insurance Act. This pamphlet will shortly be referred to the Admiralty and Army Council for their consideration, and the Commission hope that arrangements may be made for its distribution among the forces?
