Ordered, that no Bills, other than Government Bills, be introduced in anticipation of the ballot, and that all Members who desire to ballot, whether for Bills or for Motions for Tuesday, 20th February, and Tuesday, 27th February, and Wednesday, 21st February, and Wednesday, 28th February, do hand in their names at the Table during the Sittings of the House on Wednesday, 14th February, or Thursday, 15th February, and that a copy of the Notice of such Bill or Motion be handed in at the latest during the Sitting of the House on Friday, 16th February:

That the ballot for the precedence of the said Bills and Motions be taken on Friday, 16th February, at a convenient time and place, to be appointed by Mr. Speaker, and that the presentation of Bills on Monday, 19th February, be taken immediately after Questions.—[The Prime Minister.]

In pursuance of the Resolution which the House has just passed, I have to fix eleven o'clock on Friday (to-morrow), in Committee Room No. 10, as being a convenient time and place for taking the ballot.
