§ Mr. McKENNAAs I stated in answer to a question by the hon. Member for Deptford on the 19th of this month, the case has been referred to the Director of Public Prosecutions, and the disciplinary inquiry has in consequence been suspended. The answer to the second part of the question is in the affirmative.
