§ The PRIME MINISTERMy right hon. Friend the Colonial Secretary has recently sent to the Dominions a dispatch on this subject which we hope shortly to lay before Parliament.

Mr. NORTON-GRIFFITHSasked the Prime Minister, whether, in view of the feeling which prevails throughout both this country and the Dominions overseas, some immediate steps can be taken with a view to the creation of a chamber to which all matters concerning the welfare of the Empire as a whole could be submitted; and whether he will, during the remaining part of the present Session, make some pronouncement as to the views of His Majesty's Government thereon?
