Mr. GOLDSMITHasked the Prime Minister whether his attention has been called to the fact that local authorities all over the country have passed resolutions regretting the decision of the Government not to proceed with the Mental Deficiency Bill during the present Session; and whether, under the circumstances, he is prepared to proceed with the Bill or to give facilities for the further stages of the Feeble-minded Persons (Control) Bill?
