§ Captain MURRAYOn a point of Order. Mr. Speaker. Is it permissible for strangers in the Gallery to look at you, Sir, through field glasses?
§ Mr. SPEAKERA cat may look at a king.
§ Captain MURRAYWith very great respect, Sir, is it not possible that what may appear to be a field-glass is in reality a camera? Are strangers in the Gallery to snapshot Members unawares, and in any ungainly attitude they may be at the time?
§ Mr. SPEAKERIf there was any reason to suppose it was a camera I do not think the House would desire to admit photographers here. I doubt very much whether the photographers would obtain any advantageous pictures.
