§ Mr. WEDGWOOD BENN (Lord of the Treasury)The whole matter of the building line in Inverleith Row is now the subject of negotiation between the First Commissioner and the Edinburgh Town Council. The First Commissioner, therefore, would be grateful if my hon. Friend would postpone his question until a decision has been reached. A satisfactory outcome is anticipated.
