§ Mr. BIRRELLAny model school teacher who shows to the satisfaction of the Civil Service Committee that he is pensionable on terms not less favourable than those applying to an established Civil servant can have his compensation assessed under Part I. instead of Part II. Unless he is able to do this he will be assessed under Part II. This is the effect of an Amendment to the Schedule in my name.
