§ The PRIME MINISTERNo Colonies or Dominions are at present permanently represented on the Committee of Imperial Defence or on any of the Sub-committees, but it has been the practice for some years past to take advantage of the presence of representatives of the Dominions in this country to invite them to meetings of the Committee of Imperial Defence and of its Sub-committee, the Oversea Defence Committee, when matters affecting their 755 interests are under consideration. With regard to the latter part of the question, I must refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave on Monday last to the hon. Member for the Fareham Division.
