§ Colonel SEELYThe draft Palm Oil Ordinance, to which I assume the right hon. Gentleman refers, should be in the hands of Members this evening. I hope to be able to lay correspondence on the subject shortly.
§ Mr. A. LYTTELTONIs the right hon. Gentleman aware that in the correspondence that took place with the Chamber of Commerce, the Secretary of State promised to lay Papers. It must have been three weeks ago that I asked a question. Will the right hon. Gentleman expedite the matter?
§ Colonel SEELYI will certainly at once report the matter to my right hon. Friend, with a view to seeing that it is dealt with without further delay.
§ Mr. MOOREHas Sir William Lever yet been placed in possession of his new territory under this Ordinance?
§ Colonel SEELYI am afraid I know nothing of that.
