Mr. McKINNON WOODSince the grade of junior inspector was instituted in Scotland in the year 1900, three sub-inspectors have been transferred to the grade of junior inspector, of whom two have since been promoted to the rank of His Majesty's inspector. During the same period two other sub-inspectors have been promoted direct to the rank of His Majesty's inspector.
