§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELThe fullest investigations have been made by leading bacteriologists into the alleged risk of infection from the use of telephones at public call offices. They have proved that there is no such risk, provided that the mouthpieces are kept reasonably clean. In these circumstances I do not propose to take the action suggested.
