§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the BOARD of TRADE (Mr. J. M. Robertson)Health insurance stamps are not valid for the purpose of contributions towards unemployment insurance. As announced, however, in the Press on 27th July, temporary arrangements have been made, as a special concession, to give credit in cases where wrong stamps have been affixed to unemployment books. I am sending the hon. Member a copy of this announcement. I will see that any misunderstanding that may have arisen on this point at Cardiff is adjusted.
