§ Dr. MACNAMARAYes; but I would refer the hon. Gentleman to the answer given on the 30th November last to the Noble Lord the Member for Portsmouth (Lord C. Beresford) by the First Lord of the Admiralty, in which he said we were watching all possible contingencies, although advised up to the present that there was no reason to make any change.
