Mr. McKINNON WOODThe local health committees, on which the deposit contributors will be represented, will be responsible for providing the benefits to which the deposit contributors are entitled. The proviso to Sub-clause (2) of Clause 32 was specially inserted to enable the local committees to deal with deposit contributors separately in such cases.
