§ Where an approved society fails to comply with any of the provisions or requirements of this part of this Act relating to approved societies, or is convicted of any offence under any Act regulating the constitution of the society or under any other Act, the Insurance Commissioners may withdraw their approval, and there-upon 498 the society shall cease to be an approved society and the Insurance Commissioners shall make such provision as they may consider necessary with respect to members of the society who are insured persons.
