asked whether the employés of the Great Eastern Railway Company who pay 1d. per week to the Railway Insurance Fund to secure them continuation of their wages, not exceeding £1 per week, when incapacitated from accidents will be entitled to sickness benefit under the National Insurance Bill, assuming that they do not also receive compensation under the Workmen's Compensation Act?
