MASONIs the Prime Minister aware that under The Hague Convention, His Majesty's Government, who were a party to it, have bound themselves collectively with the other Powers, on their own initiative, to offer their good offices; and, further, whether it was suggested by Italy at that Convention that such an offer would not be considered an unfriendly act? I would like to ask whether His Majesty's Government are aware of those facts?
