§ Mr. BIRRELLThis house and demesne, comprising some 375 acres situate on the Pollock estate, was resold to the vendor of the estate under Section 3 of the Irish Land Act, 1903, subject to the repayment of an advance of £3,850, and the lands were vested in him in pursuance of the provisions of that Section.
