HC Deb 29 November 1911 vol 32 c410
Mr. CATHCART WASON

asked the President of the Board of Education whether the narrative described as a School History of England, by C. R. L. Fletcher and Rudyard Kipling, is in use in any schools under his control, i.e., supported directly or indirectly by rates or special grants of public money?

The PRESIDENT of the BOARD of EDUCATION (Mr. J. A. Pease)

The Board do not keep a list of the books provided by local authorities and governors in schools aided by rates or grants, and I cannot, therefore, give the information asked for.
