Ordered, that a message be sent to the Lords to request that their Lordships will be pleased to communicate to this House copies of the Minutes of Evidence and Proceedings, together with documents deposited in the cases of Maxwell's Divorce Bill [Lords] and Pilkington's Divorce Bill [Lords].

Ordered, that it be an instruction to the Select Committee on Divorce Bills that they do hear counsel and examine witnesses for Maxwell's Divorce Bill [Lords] and Pilkington's Divorce Bill [Lords], and also that they do hear counsel and examine witnesses against the Bills if the parties concerned think fit to be heard by-counsel and produce witnesses.—[The Lord Advocate.]
