asked the Secretary to the Treasury what was the total income derived by the Crown from mines and minerals in the Forest of Dean during the last completed financial year; and whether such income was in excess of that received ten years previously?

The total income derived by the Crown from mines and minerals in the Forest of Dean (including adjacent properties not technically within the Forest, but managed with it), was £12,281 15s. during the year to 31st March last, showing a decrease of £3,276 15s. 8d., as compared with the total income received during the year to 31st March, 1901.
