§ Mr. FRANCIS MEEHANasked the Chief Secretary whether he is aware that Patrick Feehily, of Coonalaghta, county Leitrim, was granted an old age pension by the Manonhamilton sub-committee, but on appeal it was disallowed by the Local Government Board; and whether, having regard to the fact that Feehily produced affidavits from old age pensioners that he was over seventy years, that he was the fourth child of the family, and not the fifth, as stated in the Census of 1851, the Local Government Board will reconsider this application?
