asked the President of the Board of Education when the Order in Council establishing a teachers' registration council will be issued; and what funds it is proposed to place at the disposal of the registration council?

I am about to approach the Treasury in regard to the finance of the proposed scheme. I am, therefore, not yet in a position to answer either paragraph of the question.

Is it contemplated the order will be issued before the end of the year?
