§ The FINANCIAL SECRETARY to the TREASURY (Mr. McKinnon Wood)The Commissioners of Woods have only such information as has been given in the public Press of the action of Lord Howard de Walden with reference to the grant to tenants on his estate of 999 years' leases. The Commissioners have no power to take similar action on the Crown estates in London.
