§ The SECRETARY of STATE for the COLONIES (Mr. Harcourt)The Sections of the Animals Protection Acts of Victoria and Queensland which deal with vivisection are Nos. 12 and 13 in the former case and No. 12 in the latter. I regret that I am unable to give any information as to the Regulations which may be in force on the subject.
