§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners received an application from Thomas Fitzgerald for reinstatement in a 1279 holding formerly occupied by him as subtenant on the Uppington estate, and now in the possession of a tenant who has purchased it under the Land Purchase Acts, and, after inquiry and consideration, they decided to take no action in the matter.
