Captain MURRAYasked the President of the Local Government Board whether he is aware that, notwithstanding the warning circular issued by the Commissioner of Metropolitan Police on the 25th August, many motorists still continue to drive in London with open cut-outs; and whether, in these circumstances, he will make regulations under Section 6 of The Locomotives on Highways Act, 1896, to prohibit motorists from employing the cut-out in urban areas?
