§ Mr. WILKIEasked the Lord Advocate whether he is aware of the unrest and dissatisfaction existing amongst the Scottish 1012 school teachers in consequence of the treatment of the Scottish Education Department in relation to the superannuation scheme; and whether he can now inform the House at what date the new scheme for superannuation for Scottish teachers will be introduced.
