§ Mr. AMERYasked whether the funds accumulated by the Insurance Commissioners in respect of reserve values by the deduction of one penny and five-sixths, or in the case of women one penny halfpenny, from the contributions paid by or for members of an approved society, will be credited separately to that society; and whether the deductions will cease in respect of members of that society when the accumulation is sufficient to meet the liabilities of that society?
