§ Mr. McKENNAThere are building for Japan:—Two battleships in the naval yards at Yokosuka and Kure; one armoured cruiser at Messrs. Vickers and Sons, Barrow; a similar armoured cruiser is to be built at Yokosuka as soon as the extension rendered necessary to the slip is completed. We have no official information as to Japan's further programme.
