§ Mr. NEWMANasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he has yet received a reply to the despatch sent by him on 15th March to the Governor General of the Commonwealth, asking for a Report as to the workings of referenda recently taken in Australia; and, if so, whether he would make such Report available to Members of this House?
