asked whether, in cases where a tenant is an insured person in receipt of sickness benefit and does not pay rent for a period of three months or more, and the landlord is prohibited under Clause 51 of the National Insurance Bill from taking proceedings for the recovery of such rent, any provision is made, or is proposed to be made, exempting the landlord from payment of rates and taxes in respect of the said premises during such period?
