§ The FINANCIAL SECRETARY to the WAR OFFICE (Mr. Acland)The week's pay in question has never been given to Civil servants or Civil subordinates in the Special Reserve, and there is no present intention of making any such concession. The Memorandum quoted does not refer to the Special Reserve.
