§ Mr. UREApplications for grants out of the Development Fund have been made by certain harbour authorities in the North-east of Scotland to the Treasury, and are at present under consideration of the departments interested in terms of the Development Act. As my hon. Friend is aware, certain inquiries have been held, and I understand that reports will shortly be made to the Development Commissioners.
