That they have agreed to,—

That they have passed a Bill, intituled, "An Act to confer additional powers upon the North Eastern Railway Company for the contraction of new railways and other works and the acquisition of lands; and for other purposes."—[North Eastern Railway Bill [Lords.]

And, also, a Bill, intituled, "An Act to empower the London and South Western Railway Company to construct new street and other works and to acquire additional lands; to authorise the abandonment of existing works of the Company and the South Eastern Railway Company; to confer further powers on the Company and other companies in respect of superfluous lands; to provide for the transfer to the Company of the undertaking of the Budleigh Salterton Railway Company; and for other purposes."—[London and South Western Railway Bill [Lords.]
