§ The PRESIDENT of the BOARD of TRADE (Mr. Buxton)During the month of April, 1911, 8,149 passengers stated to be of Scottish nationality sailed from ports in the United Kingdom for ports in British North America, 722 for ports in Australia, 90 for ports in New Zealand, and 3,808 for ports in the United States. Total, 12,769. Of this number, 636 were described as engaged in agricultural occupations.
