Mr. NEWDEGATEasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will make provision in the forthcoming Budget to reimburse parishes, in whose areas rifle ranges for the use of the Territorial Army are situated, for loss of rates sustained by them owing to these ranges not being liable to rating?
